     Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor at Western New England School of Law in 1990, Richard A. Facchini, Jr., was a mayoral campaign coordinator, mental health caseworker, homeless shelter consultant and psychiatric social worker. His relentless desire to assist people in need did not end there. Since receiving his license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, he has spent a majority of the last two decades representing the criminally accused, wrongfully injured, and mentally disabled

     Attorney Facchini is dedicated to providing zealous legal representation to each and every one of his clients. He regularly attends professional development seminars in his areas of practice. Throughout his career, Mr. Facchini has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Hampden County Bar Association, Springfield, Masonic Lodge, Melha Shrine Temple, Scottish Rites Bodies in the Valley of Springfield, Knights of Templer of Springfield Commandry and the National Association of Social Workers.
