Robert J. Rzeszutek, Esq.

Robert Rzeszutek graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2003. Before becoming an attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, he worked for 2 years as a legal intern, and 3 years as a legal assistant where he performed all aspects of case preparation.

Attorney Rzeszutek is an highly motivated, truly dedicated, aggressive advocate for each and everyone his clients. As a resident of Western Massachusetts, he takes great pride in fighting for the rights of the people in his community. He has prevailed in multiple arbitration proceedings, workers compensation conferences and at trial. His primary areas of practice include personal injury (whether it occurred in an automobile, at work, in a hospital or nursing home, by a defective product, or somewhere else), bankruptcy, contract disputes, and wills and estate planning.

Attorney Rzeszutek frequently attends professional development seminars to stay on top of any and all changes in the law that may affect his client’s cases. Prior to going to law school, he served full time for 6 years in the United States Army as a helicopter mechanic and for many years has been an avid runner.
